Can we migrate from our current system?
Yes. We import students, guardians, staff and financial opening balances from Excel or your current system during onboarding and validate the data with your team.
Does the finance module support installments and discounts?
Yes — fee plans, sibling and staff discounts, scholarships, installment schedules, invoices, receipts and arrears tracking are all built in.
Is payroll linked to attendance and performance?
It can be. Salary rules can include attendance, leave and configurable performance criteria so payroll is transparent and automatic.
Can we use only the ERP without the LMS?
Yes. Modules can be enabled independently, and you can add the LMS, AI assessments or the mobile app later on the same platform.
